Chef Preet Tandi is a multi talented chef with a wealth of experience in luxury and Michelin dining.
He is strongly about experimenting and designing wide ranges of dishes from different cultures and creating a contemporary style food.
Highlights of his career so far cooked for British Royal family with Asian Trust .
Preet had worked with Radisson Edwardian to assist in the launch of Italian and Peruvian-inspired restaurant concept Monmouth Kitchen at Mercer Street.
He also oversaw the restaurant’s sister fusion concepts May Fair Kitchen at the May Fair hotel, Leicester Square Kitchen at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire hotel and kitchen operation within a portfolio of other 9 properties across London and Manchester .
He was previously an executive head chef at Madhu’s Heathrow Sheraton Hotel Bath Road and a senior chef at Nobu London .
He has done many Private High End Events like Celebrity destinations wedding in Fairmont Montreux Palace Switzerland /Hilton Park Lane London/ Nobu London Tetwoth Hall / Ciragan Palace Istanbul Turkey to coordinate between chefs at different sites to develop menu for food tasting with guest and train the chefs.
Chef Preet has done many High end Dinners , Lunches ,Marriage etc for top most corporates and Celebrities.



I’ve been fortunate to have Chef Preet Tandi cook for me on a few occasions. The flavour fusions, artist presentation and taste is literally off the chart. His lamb dish remains my favourite ever meal! Can’t wait to enjoy his creations again soon.
